That question is now revealed. The most expensive house in Nigeria is worth over $10,000,000 ($10M) and owned by an Igbo business man, who is the CEO of Dilly motors (AKA Mr Dilly), identified as Okwudili Umenyiora.
The edifice located at Lekki phase one (Oniru new market), Lagos, is presently the most expensive house in Nigeria and was completed at the end of 2013.
The pricey two story, orange and white mansion is a sight to behold, and in a class of its own.
